There is a group of herbs that help get rid of back pain, the most prominent of which are the following


Linen

Here, an amount of flaxseed is boiled to be placed on a piece of cloth and wrapped specifically on the lower back

Cabbage

First, massage the back with olive oil, then bring an amount of cabbage leaves to boil in a quantity of milk, then wrap it in medical gauze and place it on the back before bedtime until morning

The Fenugreek

An amount of fenugreek is mixed with an amount of milk, specifically hot, until it is a paste to be placed in medical gauze, then it is placed on the back, specifically the area where the pain is frequent

Ivy

Here, ivy leaves are used specifically so that they are mixed with a doubling amount of bran or bran, then add to the mixture an amount of water until a dough is formed and heated for a maximum period of ten minutes, then put it inside a gauze on the back, and leave it for half an hour

Grief

An amount of carrot, specifically dry, is soaked in the equivalent of two teaspoons in a quantity of boiling water for a period of a quarter of an hour, and sweetened with another substance such as honey according to desire and taken before the three main meals

Camphor

Here, its oil is extracted to massage the back with it. Mustard oil: specifically if it is mixed with an amount of olive oil, specifically warm, and left on the back for about a quarter of an hour

Ginger

Mix an amount of ginger, specifically ground and dry, with a small amount of water to make a paste and put it on the back and apply it to the place of pain, so that the back is massaged with it and left for a quarter of an hour, then put an amount of olive oil on the back
